Islamabad: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the rankings for T20 batsmen and bowlers, with Pakistani captain Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan slipping further down the rankings.
According to the latest ICC rankings, Australian batsman Travis Head has climbed up 4 positions to reach the top position with 844 rating points. Similarly, due to his 842 rating points, Surya Kumar Yadav from India has moved to the second position, while English player Phil Salt has secured the third position.
Pakistan cricket team’s captain Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have each dropped one spot in the ICC rankings, with Babar Azam now at 755 points and Mohammad Rizwan at 746 points, securing fourth and fifth positions respectively.
In the ICC T20 All-Rounder Rankings, Sri Lankan Wanindu Hasaranga has claimed the first position, Afghan player Mohammad Nabi has secured the second position, and Indian Hardik Pandya has reached the third position.
Similarly, in the ICC T20 Bowling Rankings, English bowler Adil Rashid remains in the first position, Afghan spinner Rashid Khan has risen two places to the second position, and Australia’s Josh Hazlewood has climbed three places to secure the fourth position.
