Government Working to Provide Free Electricity to Citizens

Islamabad: The Federal Minister shared positive news with consumers that work is underway to provide free electricity to up to 300 units for the public.

During his visit to utility stores, Federal Minister for Housing Riaz Pirzada emphasized that tax coverage will be expanded to include those who previously did not pay taxes. Until now, only landlords have been paying taxes.

He announced that authorities are compiling a list of corrupt government officials, stating that work is underway to provide free electricity to citizens up to 300 units.

He further stated that Pakistan is now taking steps away from begging, striving to provide facilities to the nation, with the eradication of inflation being the top priority.

He clarified that Pakistan is now moving towards self-sufficiency from dependence. The government’s focus is on igniting the nation’s enthusiasm, with the top priority being the eradication of inflation.
