Karachi: The Sindh Education Department has decided to promote the nursery to third-class students without exams in Sindh.
The Sindh Education Department has prepared the schedule for the new academic year, according to which the educational year for schools and colleges will commence from August 1st, while it has been decided to promote students from nursery to third class without exams.
According to the schedule, exams for classes four to eight will be held from April 15th to 27th. The exams for the ninth and tenth classes will be conducted in May, and it has been decided to commence exams for the eleventh and twelfth classes in the last week of May.
The Education Department has decided to announce the results of matriculation exams by July 31st, while the announcement of intermediate results will be made by August 31st. The exams will consist of 20% multiple-choice questions, 40% constructive, and 40% extended questions.
Summer vacations in educational institutions in Sindh will be observed from June 1st to July 31st, while winter vacations will be from December 21st to December 31st.
