Lahore: Dr. Yasmin Rashid, a leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former provincial health minister, has said that she wants to tell PML-N that they should feel some shame and embarrassment.
According to details, while speaking to the media on the occasion of appearing in the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore, Dr. Yasmin Rashid said that first, you people looted the public’s money, and now you want to steal the mandate. The public has made its decision; now respect the nation’s vote.
She warned candidates who received votes because of Imran Khan, saying the nation would not forgive them if votes were sold.
The way the public voted in an atmosphere of fear against injustice, I am grateful to the nation for that. On the appeal of the founder of PTI, you all showed that we are a living nation, she said.
Yasmin Rashid said that we were snatched of our electoral symbol of “Bat”, was barred from running the election campaign, and PTI’s path was blocked in every way. Despite all this, people worked hard, identified the PTI-backed candidates, and cast their votes.
She further said that I commend all Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf workers who faced difficulties inside and outside jails; their sacrifices will not be forgotten.
