Islamabad: Preliminary and unofficial results continue to emerge nationwide following the general elections. According to the current available details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-backed independent candidates have secured 76 seats, PML-N has secured 51, and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has won 43 seats in the National Assembly.
PTI-backed Independent Candidates:
According to media sources, in NA-3 Swat’s 309 polling stations, based on non-governmental and non-final results, PTI-supported independent candidate Muhammad Nawaz Khan won with 24,686 votes, while Atta Muhammad of Pakistan Rah-e-Haq Party remained second with 18,130 votes.
In NA-196, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari clinched victory, as per unofficial results from all 303 polling stations, with Bilawal securing 85,370 votes.
In NA-13 (Battagram), in all 324 polling stations, as per non-final and non-governmental results, PTI’s independent candidate Ali Khan Jadoon succeeded with 97,177 votes. Muslim League-N candidate Muhabbat Khan Awan remained second with 44,522 votes.
In NA-17 Abbottabad 2, based on non-official and unofficial results from all 324 polling stations, independent candidate Ali Khan Jadoon was successful with 97,177 votes, while Awan of PML-N secured the second position with 44,522 votes.
In NA-30 Peshawar, based on non-official and unofficial results from all 267 polling stations, PTI-backed independent candidate Shandana Gulzar Khan emerged victorious. She obtained 78,971 votes, while Nasir Khan of JUI-F secured the second position with 20,950 votes.
In NA-121 Lahore, based on non-official and unofficial results, PTI-backed independent candidate Wasim Qadir secured victory with 78,803 votes, while Rohail Asghar of PML-N remained second with 70,597 votes.
NA-2 Swat: Independent candidate Amjad Ali Khan leads, with Amir Muqam of PML-N in second place.
NA-4 Swat: Sohail Sultan, an independent candidate, leads, with PTIP’s Mehmood Khan in second place.
In NA-5 Upper Dir, Sahibzada Sibghatullah leads, with Jamaat-e-Islami’s Sahibzada Tariqullah in second place.
NA-6 Lower Dir: PTI’s independent candidate, Muhammad Basheer Khan leads, with Siraj-ul-Haq in second place.
In NA-7 Lower Dir, Mehboob Shah, an independent candidate, leads, with Muhammad Ismail of Jamaat-e-Islami in second place.
NA-9 Malakand: Junaid Akbar, an independent candidate, leads, with Syed Ahmed Ali of PPP in second place.
In NA-10 Buner, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, an independent candidate, leads, with Bakht Jahan Khan of Jamaat-e-Islami in second place
In NA-11 Shangla, Syed Fardeen Khan, an independent candidate, leads, with Amir Muqam of PML-N in second place.
NA-15 Mansehra: Prince Mohammad Gastasab Khan, an independent candidate, leads, with Mian Nawaz Sharif of PML-N in second place.
In NA-16 Abbottabad, Ali Asghar Khan, an independent candidate, leads, with Murtaza Javed Abbasi of PML-N in second place.
In NA-18 Haripur, Omar Ayub Khan leads, with Babar Nawaz Khan of PML-N in second place.
NA-19 Swabi: Asad Qaiser, an independent candidate, leads, with Maulana Fazal Ali of JUI-F in second place.
In NA-20 Swabi, Shahram Khan Turkai, an independent candidate, leads, with Waris Khan of ANP in second place.
NA-21 Mardan: Mujahid Ali, an independent candidate, leads, with Ahmed Ali of ANP in second place.
In NA-22 Mardan, Muhammad Atif, an independent candidate, leads, with Amir Haider Khan of ANP in second place.
NA-23 Mardan: Ali Muhammad Khan, an independent candidate, leads, with Ahmed Khan Bahadur of ANP in second place.
In NA-24 Charsadda, Anwar Taj, an independent candidate, leads, with Gohar Ali of JUI in second place.
In NA-25 Charsadda, Fazal Muhammad Khan, an independent candidate, leads, with Amil Wali Khan of ANP in second place.
NA-33 Nowshera: Syed Shah Ahad Ali Shah, an independent candidate, leads, with Khan Parvez of ANP in second place.
In NA-34 Nowshera, Zulfiqar Ali, an independent candidate, leads, with Mian Babar Shah Kakakhel of ANP in second place.
In NA-36 Hangu, Yousuf Khan, an independent candidate, leads, with Ubaid Ullah of JUI-F in second place.
NA-35 Kohat: Shehryar Khan Afridi, an independent candidate, leads, with Abbas Afridi of PML-N in second place.
NA-38 Karak: Shahid Ahmed, an independent candidate, leads, with Mohsin Ali Ali Khan, another independent candidate, in second place.
PK-10 Swat-VIII: Muhammad Naeem, an independent candidate, was declared the winner, according to results issued by the Returning Officer/ECP.
PK-28 Shangla-I: Rashad Khan, an independent candidate, emerged as the victor, according to unofficial results.
PK-57 Mardan-IV: Muhammad Zahir Shah, an independent candidate, secured the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly election, per unofficial tallies.
PML-N Candidates:
In NA-130 Lahore, where Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nawaz Sharif has emerged victorious over Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-backed independent candidate Yasmin Rashid. According to unofficial and preliminary results from all 376 polling stations in NA-130 Lahore, Nawaz Sharif garnered 171,024 votes, securing a decisive win over Yasmin Rashid, who obtained 115,043 votes.
Additionally, in NA-119 Lahore, PML-N’s chief organizer Maryam Nawaz emerged victorious, securing 83,855 votes from all 338 polling stations.
In NA-127 Lahore, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Attaullah Tarar secured victory over Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed independent candidate Malik Zaheer Abbas Khokhar.
In Lahore’s NA-122 constituency, PTI-backed independent candidate Sardar Latif Khosa emerges victorious according to unofficial results, defeating PML-N’s Khawaja Saad Rafique. Khosa secured 117,109 votes while Rafique remained second with 77,709 votes.
In all 311 polling stations of NA-55 Rawalpindi, according to non-final non-governmental results, PML-N’s Malik Ibrar Ahmed won with 78,542 votes. PTI-supported independent candidate Muhammad Basharat Raja remained second with 67,101 votes.
In NA-58 Chakwal, PML-N emerged victorious. According to non-final and non-governmental results of all 459 polling stations, PML-N’s Major (R) Tahir Iqbal secured victory with 115,974 votes. PTI-supported independent candidate Ayaz Amir managed to secure 102,537 votes.
According to unofficial and non-governmental results of constituency NA-123 of the National Assembly, Shehbaz Sharif succeeded with 63,953 votes, while PTI’s independent candidate Afzal Azeem Pahat, secured the second position with 48,486 votes.
In NA-167 Bahawalpur, based on non-final non-governmental results, PML-N’s Muhammad Usman Owaisi secured victory with 63,953 votes, while PTI-supported independent candidate Malik Amir remained second with 48,486 votes.
PB-15 Sohbatpur-1: Saleem Khosa, a candidate of the Pakistan Muslim League-N, emerged victorious, according to unofficial results.
PPP Candidates:
In NA-202 Khairpur 1, PPP’s Nafisa Shah emerged victorious. Based on non-final non-governmental results of all 305 polling stations, Nafisa Shah secured victory with 121,756 votes, while Syed Ghous Ali Shah of GDA remained second with 26,745 votes.
In NA-196, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari clinched victory, as per unofficial results from all 303 polling stations, with Bilawal securing 85,370 votes.
In all 331 polling stations of NA-217 Tando Allahyar, according to non-final and non-governmental results, PPP’s Zulfiqar Bachani won with 115,000 votes, while Rahila Magsi of GDA remained second with 69,900 votes.
In all 365 polling stations of NA-199 Ghotki 2, based on non-final non-governmental results, PPP’s Ali Gohar Mahar secured victory with 154,832 votes, while Abdul Qayoom of JUI-F remained second with 40,204 votes.
PS-71 Badin-IV: Taj Muhammad, the PPP candidate, was declared the winner, based on unofficial results.
PS-8, Shikarpur-II: Arif Khan Mehar of the PPPP won the Sindh Assembly election, as per unofficial results.
PS-86 Malir-III: PPP’s Abdur Razzaq Raja clinched victory in the Sindh Assembly election, according to unofficial results.
NA-225 Thatta: Sadiq Ali Memon of the PPP emerged as the successful candidate, according to unofficial results.
PB-8 Sabi: Sarfraz Chakar Domki, the PPP candidate, emerged as the victor, according to unofficial results.
PB-9: Nasibullah Marri of the PPP was declared the winner, based on unofficial results.
PS-68 Badin: Ahmed Haliputo of the PPP emerged victorious, according to unofficial results.
PS-61 Hyderabad: Sharjeel Inam Memon of PPP was declared successful, based on unofficial results.
In NA-199 Ghotki 2, according to non-official and unofficial results from all 365 polling stations, PPP’s Ali Gohar Mahar emerged victorious with 154,832 votes, while PTI’s Abdul Qayoom remained second with 40,204 votes.
