Gaza: As the Israeli war in Gaza enters its 118th day, the situation has intensified with an alarming escalation of Israeli attacks, resulting in severe consequences for the civilian population of Gaza. Despite the International Court’s order to take preventive measures and avoid genocide in Gaza, Israel’s relentless attacks on the civilian population, hospitals, and schools continue, leaving 27,019 people in Gaza martyred and 66,139 injured.

The 118th day of Israel’s war on Gaza witnessed several disturbing events. Over the last 24 hours, the Israeli military carried out 16 “massacres” throughout the Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of 150 individuals and injuring 313 others.

According to a report by Oxfam, Israel’s military is inflicting an average daily death toll of 250 Palestinians in Gaza, marking an unprecedented and deeply troubling escalation of hostilities. This staggering rate, surpasses any recent major conflict, including Syria, Sudan, Iraq, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Yemen.

As per UNICEF, the current daily cases of diarrhea among children have surged to nearly 3,200 cases, marking a 2,000 percent since the start of the war.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has revealed that 70 percent of healthcare professionals in Gaza have been forced to flee due to violence, at a time when there is most need of their essential services.
