Kyiv: The Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, and the northeastern city of Kharkiv were shaken by explosions due to missile attacks by Russia on Ukraine.
According to international news agencies, the Ukrainian military has confirmed that residential buildings in the capital have suffered partial damage, leading to disruptions in essential services. In some areas of Kyiv, sirens were heard, and in certain locations, debris from missile impacts has been reported.
According to official sources, several locations in the capital were hit by missile strikes, resulting in outbreaks of fire, resulting in at least 1 casualty and 43 injured.
On the other hand, the military authorities announced via the Telegram platform that on Tuesday, the country’s air defense system successfully intercepted Russian missile attacks on Kyiv. However, some residential buildings caught fire due to some of the attacks.
According to the French news agency, powerful explosions were heard in Kyiv, with more than 10 powerful explosions reported in the central areas of the capital. Some buildings in central Kyiv trembled due to the powerful blasts. Missiles targeted several buildings, causing partial damage.
