The purpose behind the Meta-owned company’s addition of profile sharing to the Stories feature is to bring a profile into the eyes of followers when sharing it in stories. By using this feature, followers can easily see and follow the profile shared in the Stories.
The addition of profile sharing to the Stories feature aims to facilitate followers in easily viewing and following the profiles shared in Stories. The company aims to work on the company profile-sharing feature. This feature will prove essential in helping deserving individuals gain more visibility who are relatively unknown.
This feature is currently in the development stages and has not been released for general users yet.
