Islamabad: Atlas Honda has recently announced that it will introduce electric bikes in Pakistan.
According to official sources, the company has announced the introduction of its BENLY-e, electric bike to mark 60 years of its business in Pakistan. A ceremony was held in Sheikhupura in this regard, which was attended by Executive Vice President of Honda Motor Company Shinji Aoyama, Chief Officer of Motorcycle and Power Products Noriaki Abe, and President and CEO of Asian Honda Motor Company Toshio Kuwahara.
Noriaki Abe, Chief Officer of Motorcycle and Power Products, announced the introduction of Honda’s electric motorcycle “BENLY-e” on a trial basis in Pakistan. He stated that Honda’s products have become a part of the daily life of the larger population of Pakistan. With an understanding of Pakistani society and consumers, Honda intends to introduce new products that meet their needs.
Atlas Honda is producing 95% of its components locally and has established the largest network of manufacturers and dealers in Pakistan.
