Lahore: During the Karachi Whites match against Lahore Blues in the National T20 Cup Azam Khan was fined 50% of his match fee for placing the Palestine flag sticker on his bat.

During the match, umpires asked Azam Khan to remove the flag, but the player refused to remove the sticker from his bat. In response, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has imposed a 50% match fee fine on him.

The PCB has also issued a warning to Azam Khan for future matches, indicating that if he repeats the act, he could face suspension.

It’s worth mentioning that Azam Khan is the son of the renowned former cricketer Moin Khan and has represented the national team in T20 internationals.
