Torkham: Following successful negotiations between Pakistani and Afghan authorities, the Torkham border has been reopened.
According to sources, negotiations between Pakistani and Afghan authorities have concluded successfully, leading to the reopening of the Torkham border gate for exports and imports. Due to the closure of the border, several travelers and trucks carrying goods found themselves stranded on either side of the border.
However, with the border now open, a procession of cargo vehicles for both exports and imports has commenced.
It’s worth noting that the closure of the Torkham border had resulted in a complete halt to all imports and exports, causing long queues of vehicles at the border.
