Islamabad: The government has decided to keep the prices of petroleum products unchanged.
According to sources, for the next 15 days, the government has made the decision to keep the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel the same without any changes despite a $5 reduction in the per barrel price of crude oil in the international market.
Due to the reduction in crude oil prices, it was speculated that the government would reduce the prices of petroleum products in Pakistan from 1st November, but the government has now decided to keep the prices of petroleum products unchanged at least till 15th November.
From 1st November to 15th, there will be no changes in the prices of petroleum products, and the price of petrol will remain at 283.38 rupees while the price of high-speed diesel will be 303.18 rupees.
Additionally, the government has reduced the price of kerosene by 2.82 rupees per liter from 214.85 rupees to 211.03 rupees per liter, while the price of light diesel oil has been reduced by 3.40 rupees per liter from 192.86 rupees to 189.46 rupees per liter.
