Petrol Prices Drop by 40 Rupees per Liter in Pakistan

Islamabad: The federal government has made a major announcement of significant reductions in petroleum product prices, reducing the price of petrol by 40 rupees per liter.

As per the notification issued by the federal government, after this adjustment, the new price for petrol is 283.80 rupees. The revised prices will also affect high-speed diesel, with a new price of 303.18 rupees per liter, and the price of kerosene has been lowered by 22.69 rupees.

It’s important to note that these new prices will take effect from October 16 (today), for which the federal government has issued a formal notification.
