New York: Türkiye’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has proposed to become a mediator on the Kashmir issue.
According to international news agencies, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during his address to the United Nations General Assembly, has called on Pakistan and India to engage in dialogue to resolve the Kashmir issue.
During his speech at the 78th session of the UN General Assembly, Erdoğan emphasized that the resolution of the Kashmir issue would lead to economic stability in the region. He stressed the importance of cooperation between India and Pakistan, urging both countries to sit down and engage in dialogue to resolve the issue, which would ultimately lead to peace in Kashmir and benefit both nations.
Erdoğan also mentioned that Turkey is ready to play a mediating role during talks between Pakistan and India.
