Rawalpindi: Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir has stated that the standard of the Pakistan Army’s professionalism is superior to that of any modern army in the world.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir mentioned that junior leaders of the Pakistan Army, who play key roles in both conventional and unconventional warfare, have been achieving success. The professional skills and leadership of the Pakistan Army are the best compared to any modern army in the world.
The opening ceremony of the joint exercise “Eternal Brotherhood-II” involving multi-national special forces was held. This two-week joint exercise includes special forces from Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Turkey, and Uzbekistan. Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir visited the Barotha Garrison in this regard.
On this occasion, the Army Chief was briefed by the Chief of the General Officer Commanding Special Services Group on the exercise. The purpose of the exercise is to further enhance historical military relations between friendly countries. The objective of the exercise is to improve future military cooperation and gain experience in counter-terrorism through shared experiences.
According to ISPR, the Chief of Army Staff also visited the Junior Leadership Academy (Shinkiari). Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir stated that junior leaders are the backbone of the Pakistan Army and are key to success in conventional and unconventional warfare.
“Our standard of professionalism and leadership is par excellence compared to any modern army of the world. Junior leaders of Pak Army have proven their mettle in the fields of training, operations and world class competitions across the world”, Gen. Asim Munir added.
