Tripoli: In the flood-ravaged coastal city of Derna in Libya, two girls who had been trapped under rubble for a week were rescued alive.
According to international news agencies, the Libyan Red Crescent (Hilal Ahmar) team announced that relief workers had miraculously saved two girls who had spent several days trapped under the rubble. These girls were rescued from under the rubble at a time when rescue operations and efforts to locate missing individuals are underway with international cooperation.
The Red Crescent (Hial Ahmar) shared a video of the miraculous rescue of these two girls who were trapped under the rubble of a building destroyed by the floods. It’s worth noting that thousands of people have lost their lives in this devastating flood in the city of Derna.
