Neymar Leaves PSG to Join to Saudi Club Al Hilal

Brazilian superstar Neymar has finalized a shock move to Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal in a deal worth around 90 million euros. Neymar has signed a two-year contract with the Al-Hilal. Sources reveal that Neymar will earn about 200 million euros in his new team.

The 31-year-old ends his journey with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to take on a new challenge in Saudi Arabia’s top league. Neymar expressed excitement about “writing a new history” in the Middle East.

During 6 seasons at PSG, Neymar scored 118 goals and won multiple honors including 5 league titles. But his time in Paris was also marked by injuries and controversies.

Al Hilal is the most successful club in Saudi and Asian football, having won a record 18 league championships. The club is eager to boost its squad after an investment project from Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund.

Neymar joins a team keen to dominate on both domestic and continental stages. PSG leaders bid farewell to a club legend, though his departure could allow PSG to renew its attacking line.

At 31, Neymar seems poised to wind down his club career in Saudi Arabia. But he first eyes more silverware with Al Hilal as it pursues glory across multiple fronts.
