Caretaker Govt’s Gift to the People: Petrol Price Increased by Rs. 17.50

Islamabad: The caretaker government has thrown the masses into the shackles of inflation as soon as it came into power, burdening the public with exorbitant prices of petroleum products and subjecting them to immense hardships.

According to the details, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs. 17.50, while the price per liter of diesel has been increased by Rs. 20. After these increases, the new price of petrol is Rs. 290.45, and the new price of diesel is Rs. 293.45.

The Ministry of Finance released a press release while announcing the new prices of petroleum products.

It should be noted that yesterday, OGRA (The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority) had sent a summary to the Ministry of Finance to increase the prices of petroleum products, which was to be issued after the approval of the Prime Minister.
