Islamophobia: Swedish Police Permits Desecration of Quran Again

Stockholm: The police in Sweden have once again permitted two extremists to desecrate the Holy Quran. According to international news agencies, the Swedish police have allowed right-wing extremists to protest in front of the Iraqi embassy, despite the organizers of this protest publicly announcing their intention to burn the Holy Quran. Both extremists who obtained permission had also announced their intent to burn the Iraqi flag.

The Swedish police have not revealed the identities of the two extremists, but it is believed that one of them is the Iraqi refugee Salwan Momika, who dared to burn the Quran outside a mosque on Eid al-Adha.

In response to granting permission for the disgraceful act of burning the Quran, Iraq has expelled the Swedish ambassador from the country. Furthermore, there have been severe protests at Sweden’s embassy in Iraq against the blasphemous act of desecrating the Quran. The demonstrators, filled with sorrow and anger, launched an attack on the embassy premises.
