Watch Yasir Shah’s 3 key wickets on Day 3 Oval Test

LONDON: Before the end of third day, Yasir Shah has taken three quick wickets in the second day to put Pakistan in an authoritative position in the Oval Test.

England started their inning persuading a healthy 214 runs trail. Just after English captain Alastair Cook departed for his 12 runs, a rare failure for man in form, England lost 3 big wickets after him.

Though, Cook fell prey to Wahab fiery pace, it was all Yasir Shah-show later on.

The 30-years-old leggie first removed Alex Hales with a quick googly. Hales (12) was caught Leg Before Wicket (LBW) when misread a well-disguised googly.

Vince was the next man to come in. Looked nervous when arrived, Vince only three balls to play a quicker one one from leggie straight into the hands of Misbah at short extra cover. He was waiting for it, Yasir did a frog-jump to celebrate his second wicket.

Things settled down a bit as Ballance showed some resistance against Yasir Shah trap, but it was Joe Root who missed a straighter one from Shah.

Just like Hales, he was so sure he hi it, but in vain. In the end, on field umpire decision was enough to roll up his inning on 39.
