PM suggested to form CJP-led commission

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been suggested by cabinet ministers to form an inquiry commission under an on-duty judge over Panamagate.

PM Nawaz cheered a high-level meeting today at PM house. The meeting was attended by senior PMLN leaders including Khwaja Saad Rafique, Khwaja Asif and Ishaq Dar.

During the meeting, majority of ministers suggested PM Nawaz to form a commission led by Chief Justice of Pakistan or any on-duty Supreme Court judge.

Earlier, PM had formed a commission to probe panama leks under retired judged justice Sarmad Usmani, which was rejected by all the opposition parties.
