ISLAMABAD: Government Hajj Scheme 2016 has been announced by Ministry of Religious Affairs on Saturday and the application process would begin today on April 18 and submission of applications will close on April 26.
Hajj draw for Hajj 2016 would be held on April 29 and the Hajj policy would not allow any free Haj this year. A Â special training program will prepare the 143,300 hajj participants from Pakistan for emergency situations.
A centralized control system would also be established in Saudia Arabia with tracking for Hajjis in case of any emergency. Government would cater to 60 percent of the Hajjis whereas private tour operators are catering 40 percent of the Hajjis in 2016.
