Head of District Transport Office, Ranchi, claimed that Indian skipper failed to pay tx for his vehicle for last five years.
According to details, MS Dhoni, who is playing International Cricket Council (ICC) Twenty20 Cricket World Cup 2016, will have to pay one time tax with penalty.
