ISLAMABAD: Cricket fever is at peak as back to back mega events of cricket stunned the cricket lovers but still majority of Pakistanis not happy to sending cricket team to India, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
This one one of the best cricket season as just after the Pakistan Super League, Asia Cup started and now International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 Cricket World Cup 2016 ready to begin.
Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh’s statement started new debate. He said that Indians not want to play cricket with Pakistan and local government with not provide security to Pakistan team.
According to different surveys on social media, 54 percent of Pakistanis are against the participation of cricket team in India, while 46 percent fans are in favour.
Some of the Pakistanis want to watch Pakistan-India match if India ensure full proof security to Pakistani players.
It is important to mention here that, Government of Pakistan refused to send Pakistan national cricket team to India to participate in Twenty20 Cricket World Cup 2016.
Senior journalist of private news channel Aizaz Syed claimed that interior ministry refused to send Pakistan team to India for T20 CWC.
According to reports, interior ministry official informed the Indian government by the decision of Pakistani government.
There is some hope for cricket lovers, as Pakistani government ready to send the cricket team to India if the venue of Pakistan-India match will be changed and high profile Indian government official ensure to give full proof security to Pakistan national cricket team in India.
