JI on road to cut roots of corruption from country

LAHORE: Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Siraj ul Haq on Tuesday has announced to start campaign to cut root of corruption from country, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

While talking to media persons, Siraj ul Haq revealed that movement against corruption will be started from March 1, 2016.

According to details, after key meeting of of the central committee of the party at Mansoora, Amir JI held press conferences and said that corruption lead to unrest and inflation in country. “Corruption created the massive trouble for the people of Pakistan,” he added.

 Siraj told the media that a total of 12 billion rupees worth of corruption is done in Pakistan on daily basis, which is equal to a whopping 4320 billion rupees annually.

Siraj said that the struggle against corruption is a national responsibility and every conscientious person should help us in our movement.

JI Amir said that the cancer of corruption is a cause of concern for the national security, democracy and the electoral process. Siraj vowed to end corruption in Pakistan.
