LONDON- The music band, One Direction’s star Louis Tomlinson and her ex-girlfriend Briana Jungwirth welcome their first child who is a boy.
The news has lead to 1D fans to rush to Twitter in their droves and offer their congratulations to the 24-year-old singer and his 23-year-old former flame.
According to a fan site, stylist Briana Jungwirth, who dated Louis last year, gave birth in LA.
Although the couple are no longer romantically involved Louis will apparently take an active approach to parenting.
Having already transferred to the other side of the pond to support his ex throughout the birth, he is also said to be taking great care to protect the privacy of both mother and baby.
Not an easy task, it become apparent, given 1D’s legions of online devotees.
One follower, claiming to be Briana’s grandmother no less, tweeted: “Louis just let Ur heart dance. U now have another you. A gift that will want to be just like YOU.”
Another excitable tweeter proclaimed: “Congratulations @Louis_Tomlinson you’re now a proud father. We all know you will be a great dad.” Some have even taken it upon themselves to suggest a moniker for the newborn, with one saying: “Call your son William.” Louis’ people are yet to respond.
