RAWALPINDI: Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) revealed that Charsada terror attack was being controlled from location in Afghanistan.
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif contacted President of Afghanistan Shraf Ghani and Chief Executive Dr Abdullah Abdullah and Commander Resolute Support Mission and United States Forces-Afghanistan to share details of Bacha Khan University attack.
