MUZZAFARABAD: Former Prime Minister/Chief Minister of Pakistani Azad Kashmir. Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan claimed that Barrister Sultan Mahmood will leave Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) before general elections.
Former PM AJK Raja Haider said that Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan can do anything to get the seat of PM. “Barrister Sultan Mahmood will leave PTI soon,” he claimed.
Earlier, Barrister Sultan, who had won this seat on a PPP ticket in last elections, resigned from the Legislative Assembly after joining Imran Khan’s PTI and retained his seat.
Chaudhry alleged that the AJK government had used all the resources at its disposal to defeat him but the people of Mirpur rejected the government-backed candidate.
He said the credit for his victory goes to the politically mature PTI workers who worked day and night to ensure their party’s entry in the AJK parliamentary system.
