ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Tuesday announced Rs 3 million for security guard of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) who emraced martyrdom in blast at Mardan on Tuesday.
Chaudhry Nisar also announced government job for the family member of martyr security guard who save lives of many people.
Earlier, Security guard Pervaiz sacrificed his life tackling a suicide bomber in an attempt to save the lives of others at NADRA office Mardan.
According to details, Security guard Pervaiz tried to stop the suicide bomber at main gate when the attacker detonated his vest.
The blast ripped through the front entrance of a regional branch of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) which is responsible for issuing ID cards.
Media reports revealed that banned outfit Jamaat ul Ahrar (JA)claimed the responsibility for blast at NADRA office Mardan
At least 22 people were dead and 40 people got injuries in deadly attack at NADRA office on Tuesday. DIG Mardan said that it was a suicide attack, where Interior Minister Chaudhary has asked for Blast report as soon as possible.
