LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab Shehbaz Sharif on Monday has directed the investigation team of Beenish rape case to present the culprits before him, The NewsTribe.com reported.
‘Khadim-e-Aala’ has directed this to know whether senior (PML-N) leader Rana Mashood is trying to interfere or affect the case or not, he further told that he want to investigate the culprits himself to gather the information.
Suprintendent Police (SP) investigation team will present the culprits in front of CM Punjab.
Earlier in a statement to Police The family members of the 14-year-old girl said that the prime suspect Adnan Sanaullah is a close aide of provincial minister Rana Mashood.
Meanwhile, Mashhood denied any connection with Adnan Sanaullah, saying he doesn’t recognize such name.
It is to be kept in mind that a girl, 15 year old Beenish was gang raped at mall road, Lahore by ten people and up to the latest reports all the suspects involved in the incident have been arrested.
