Abdul Razzaq refuses to play PSL

Abdul-Razzaq

LAHORE: Famous Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq has reportedly refused to play inaugural edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) after only being picked as a supplementary player.

Renowned sports website in Pakistan, PakPassion.net quoted Razzaq as saying “I won’t play in Pakistan Super League if I’m picked as a supplementary player.”

Despite being put in Golden Category by PCB  it was quite embarrassing for Razzaq and his fans for not being picked by any team.

However, it would have been a bit relieving after Lahore Qalandars picked him in last moments of payer drafting event as a supplementary player.

It is worth mentioning here that all the Pakistani player who have been picked in supplementary category would not travel with their respective team to UAE with 16-men squad and can only be called up if any of the squad’s player gets injury or anything.
