ISLAMABAD: Islamabad franchise in the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) held its logo unveiling ceremony in the federal capital.
PSL managing head Salman Butt was chief guest of the event.
Lion faced logo with orange and red colour shows strength and power.
Earlier, Australian former coach Dean Jones has joined Islamabad United as a head coach, while Waseem Akram has also joined as managing director of the franchise.
Head coach Jones wad due to attend logo launching ceremony but he was deported from Benazir International Airport due to having incomplete documents.
IA officials revealed that Dean Jones was traveling without Pakistani visa and so he was deported from Benazir International Air port.
Earlier, former Australian player claimed that he just missed the traveling document and will arrive at Lahore on Sunday night.
The mega event is going to be held in UAE from 4th to 23rd of February 2016. Watch this report.
