Pak vs Eng 1st T20: Shoaib Malik may miss 1st match due to finger injury

DUBAI: Fresh reports from Pakistan dressing room are suggesting that seasoned all-rounder and back bone of Pakistan batting lineup, Shoaib Malik amy miss first Twnety 20 (T20) match between Pakistan and England, today.

According to latest reports, Shoaib Malik, got a finger injury during net session which has begun to soar now causing him today’s opener between both teams.

Earlier, team management told media that Ahmed Shehzad is sick due to which has been dropped from 1st T20 against visitors.

39 years old Riffat Ullah Mehmand has been included in the side for the first time in place of Ahmed Shehzad.

Riffat Ullah Mehmand will register himself to debut as a oldest player in the T20 cricket.

It is to be kept in mind that Ahmed Shehzad has been part of Pakistani squad in Tests but he did not played any single match, then he played only last One Day International against England.

Shehzad’s fan are of the opinion that Waqar Younis is hitting Ahmed’s career due to personal disputes.

First T20 match will start at 9 pm PST.
