DUBAI: Former English player faced heavy criticism after he impeached serious allegations over Pakistan cricket team after defeat in third One Day International (ODI) game of four-match series.
Michael Vaugh tweeted on his official twitter account, “as impressive a ODI win in very tricky conditions having lost the Toss as you can get from @englandcricket”.
“Three run outs and a few iffy shots from Pakistan. Never seen that before”, he added.
“They must think we are all stupid”, the ex-English captain stated.
But he deleted the tweets after he faced serious criticism. Ramiz Raja responded to English player and said that
Vaughan was seeking ‘cheap publicity to stay relevant on social media.’
“Vaughan’s comments are highly irresponsible and I think he is just looking for cheap publicity to stay relevant on social media,”
