RAWALPINDI: Custom court on Thursday has indicted the Pakistan Model Ayyan Ali in currency smuggling case, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
According to detail, Court has over ruled all the objections made Latif Khosa, lawyer of Ayyan.
Judge Rana Aftab in his decision announced that at first indiction is compulsory and rest of the case will proceed later.
It is to be kept in mind that Ayyan Ali was arrested from Islamabad International Airport over smuggling charged, she was accused of trying to smuggle $ 5,06800 to Dubai from Pakistan.
On the other side Ayyan Ali has denied to accept the crime.
She survived the indiction many times when she presented before court but today she has been indicted finally by custom Court in Rawalpindi.
Also there are high chances that today court will announce the final verdict of this case.
