LAHORE: Captain of Pakistan Twenty20 cricket team, Shahid Afridi jumped in to defend the young talented batsman Umar Akmal.
According to DunyaNews, Shahid Afridi Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for a recall of the batsman in his T20 squad. According to sources, Umar Akmal has a fair chance of getting selected for the upcoming tour to England as PCB is considering giving him a clean chit.
Earlier, scandalicious Umar Akmal after facing much criticism in dance bar scandal and being suspended from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has been exposed once again.
Akmal who was dropped from T20 squad last day and suspended from central contract of PCB for being reported to be caught at a dance bar in Hyderabad during SNGPL’s domestic tour to Hyderabad for a Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match.
According to details, sometimes back Umar Akmal attended a Pakistani festival in Norway’s capital Oslo, where he reportedly misbehaved with female model Rachel after being drunk.
Model Rachel, while talking to local TV channel confirmed the news and also told that she slapped him for his ‘shameful behavior.
