LAHORE: Mahela Jayawardene officially joined first edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Wednesday.
Mahela signed agreement with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for the opening edition of PSL. 158 cricketers showed their interest to play the league.
Najam Sethi welcomed former Sri Lankan player for joining PSL.
Earlier, Sri Lankan cricket star Kumar Sangakkara signed agreement for the first edition of PSL.
Kumar Sangakkara officially singed agreement with Pakistan Cricket Board for the opening edition of PSL. Former Sri Lankan captain widely regarded as one of the world’s most influential cricketers.
He has forged many formidable partnerships with long time team mate and friend, Mahela Jayawardene and holds numerous batting records in the modern era across all formats of the game
Former English star batsman Kevin Pietersen has denied the rumours of leaving Pakistan Super League over money dispute.
In a recent post from his official Tiwtter account, KP posted that whoever statarted the rumour that he was leaving PSL over money dispute, needs a slap.
