ATC hands over Rehan Bihari to Rangers for 90 days remand

KARACHI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday has handed over the target killer and sector in charge of Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rehan Bihari to Rangers for 90 days physical remand.

According to details, Rangers law officer told court he has confessed to kill more than 50 people including high profile personalities.

Rehan told court that ‘I am heart patient and I have my medical report at my home’

While Rangers law officer further told court that they have medically checked Rehan over his wish but all the medical reports of suspect are normal.

Court has handed over the suspect to Rangers and ordered to present his previous medical record within two days before court.

It is to be kept in mind that Rehan was detained by Rangers few days back and he is a key member of MQM.
