LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Wednesday has suspended the ban on National Assembly members for running a political campaign, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
A new notification from Election Commission had banned MNAs from campaigning for their candidates in by-election.
The notification was challenged in Lahore High Court from Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf.
LHC on Wednesday ruled in favor PTI and suspended the ban on MNAs imposed by Election Commission.
