KARACHI – Rangers on filed petition in Sindh High Court against the bail of Muttahida Qaumi Movement leader Amir Khan.
According to details, Rangers challenged the bail of MQM leader Amir Khan and claimed that he did not fulfill all legal aspects.
Anti Terrorism Court on August 17 allowed Amir Khan to perform Hajj and directed him to submit two surety bonds each worth Rs1 million and if he failed to return in month then the submitted amount will be confiscated.
The ATC also directed him to submit the details of his Hajj registration application.
MQM’s leader was arrested during rangers raid on Nine Zero in Mrch. He was arrested by Rangers and charged for protecting and sheltering crimnals in MQM head-quarter.
