LAHORE: An Indian national, Shamim Akhtar was repatriated on Friday after she mistakenly crossed border and entered Pakistan.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Shamim was handed over to Indian authorities. The Indian citizen had unintentionally trespassed Pakistani border on August 25.
Akhtar was sent back to her homeland at Satwal sector’s crossing point.
