KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s senior leader Rashid Godil who sustained five bullet shots in a murder attempt, has now been discharged from hospital, TheNewstribe.com reported.
According to sources, Godil has denied going home for now anticipating security risks.
Informed sources told that doctors’ panel of Liyaqat National Hospital Karachi after general check up on Thursday morning decided to discharge MQM’s leader from hospital, however, Godil did not agree to leave then.
Godil was fired upon in Bahadurabad area of Karachi on 17th August, his driver Adul Mateen died in the incident, while he was critically injured in that attack.
