KARACHI: Famous Pakistani actor Hamza Ali Abbasi revealed that he would direct a telefilm based on the Army Public School (APS) incident.
While talking in an interview Abbasi said he will direct a movie soon which will be centered around the APS massacre.
He said that he is in continuous contact with Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Military Media, and he has sent the script of this film to ISPR.
He further said “I want to make this movie so that people become aware of what is actually taking place in the country, normally people do not know, even till this day, as to what happened. They’re still baffled as to how many children were killed”.
It is to be kept in mind that few terrorists stormed the Army Public School in Peshawar on December 16,2014 and opened indiscriminate fire on teachers as well as students of the school. More than 140 children and some teachers died as a result of the brutality that occurred.
