Rashid Godil shifted to General ward

KARACHI: Muutahida Qaumi movement’s senior leader who had been seriously injured after sustaining five bullet shots in a murder attempt from unknown assailants last week, has been finally shifted to General Ward from Intense Care Unit (ICU), TheNewsTribe.com reported.

Godil was fired upon by four gunmen on his way home in Bahadurabad area of Karachi last week, his driver Abdul Mateen died in the incident while he sustained deadly wounds.

He stayed under life and death condition for two days but gradually recovered.

His wife was completely safe during the incident.

Doctors are considering him to send London for further treatment.
