LAHORE: Pakistan Test Cricket Team’s captain Misbah ul Haq and former captain Mohammed Hafiz have also come in the field after T20 captain Shahid Afridi.
Misbah and Hafiz attended a charitable gathering in Lahore in which they distributed ‘Qarz-e-Hasna’ [An Islamic term for loan that an individual gives and does not demand anything extra on return.] among under privileged people.
The gathering was arranged by a social welfare organization AKHUWAT in Jama Masjid Jam Mohammad in Lahore.
Talking to media on the occasion, Mohammed Hafiz appreciated the step taken by Akhuwat and said he will be available whenever called for such welfare works.
Misbah ul Haq said he was also delighted to attend and inspired by this gathering and he will do all his best to help needy people under this organization.
Earlier, Shahid Afridi has also been named among top twenty charitable celebrities of the world.
