UPPER DIR – Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued date for re-polls in constituency of PK 93 Upper Dir.
Election tribunal in month of July disqualified the Jammat-i-Islam’s Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Khyber Pakhtukhwa due to the fake graduation degree.
Malkand University canclelled the graduation degree of Malik Behram Khan. leader of Pakistan Peoples Party Sahibzada Sanaullah filed petition against Malik Behram Khan in Election Tribunal.
Malik Behram Khan also forgo the election in era of Pervez Musharaf  because of fake degree case.
