KARACHI: Milk Whole-sellers in Sharafi Goth area of Karachi are supplying ammonia-mixed milk across the metropolis.
A local TV channel exposed that milk suppliers of Sharafi Goth use a fatal chemical ammonia to enhance its viscosity (thickness).
According to health experts, this spoiled milk is very fatal for human health and effects human body specially liver.
Karachi Commissioner, Shoaib Ahmad Siddiqui said the culprits of this unhealthy and fatal business will be arrested punished soon.
He said these people forget they have a family too.
Mr SIddiqui said he has already task force to expedite the ongoing crackdown against milk sellers and ensure that people are provided with quality milk at officially fixed rates across the metropolis.
