ABU DHABI: Pakistan’s renowned journalist and anchorperson Moid Pirzada and his sister Dr Anila have been sent on 7-day judicial remand in United Arab Emirates.
Both the siblings were arrested on 4th August over fraud charges.
Moid Pirzadah and his sister were sent on 7-day juidicail remand after being found guilty in fraud case.
Earlier, critical commentator Zaid Hamid had also been sentenced 150 lashes and 8 years jail over hate-speech charges in Saudi Arabia.
