Chanda Bibi: Pakistani women appeals for help in Indian detainment

ISLAMABAD – Pakistani High Commission on Friday contacted Indian foreign ministry regarding the issue of Pakistani citizen Chanda Bibi.

28 years old resident of Karachi, Chanda Bibi arrived in India on Thursday accompanied by her uncle Rashid Khan through Samjhauta Express from Lahore. Her uncle missed out when he left the train for water and could not return.

Indian police arrested Chanda Bibi and recovered Pakistani currency from her bag. Indian police revealed that she was travelling without any ticket, and passport.

Pakistan Rangers also contacted Indian forces and claimed that she visit India through proper channel along with completes documents.

Chanda Bibi expressed her wished that Salman Khan save her as he save the young Pakistani girl in his block buster movie “Bjarangi Bhaijaan.”

Spokesperson of Foreign office said that Pakistan asked India to provide details about detained Pakistani women.
