NASIRABAD – Security forces on Friday, killed at least six terrorists in a clash occurred at Nasirabad area of Turbat,Bolchistan.
According to details, security forces gunned down at least six militants in encounter in Nasirabad. Couple of security personnel were injured in a clash.
Sources said that Levies forces took part in encounter and killed six militants including key commander of militant group in encounter.
Levies forces recovered weapons and explosives from the militants.
Security forces foiled so many terrorist activities in last couple of weeks. Before this, security forces recovered an explosives-laden motorcycle near Pak-Afghan boarder and foiled the terror bid in Chaman.
According to details, security forces along with intelligence personnel recovered seven kilo gram explosive material and saved Chamman from another terrorist attack.
Frontier Corps (FC) also recovered huge amount of weapons from Dera Islamail Khan. FC recoverd 31 rocket-propelled grenades, rocket launcher, seven rifles, three hand grenades and two Kalashnikovs from two suspects.
Earlier, CCPO (Capital City Police Officer), Abdul Razzaq Cheema, said that coward attacks by terrorists would not reduce the passion of police to fight terrorism.
